Dan Faubion has been living in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area for over 40 years, 31 of those years as an experienced senior management professional, specializing in business development, business management, marketing, corporate and real estate sales.
Dan is a successful communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable with first-time home buyers as he is with seasoned investors. His clients have included professional athletes, corporate executives, political figures and multiple-home owners.
Recognized as an experienced negotiator, problem solver and resource person, who maintains a strong, moral work ethic, Dan is passionate about helping both buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing landscape of real estate.
Dan started his real estate career in 1989 and was awarded the Board of Realtors, Rookie of the Year in 1990 for most homes sold and most dollars sold.
In 1991 he was once again honored by the Board of Realtors with the President’s Million Dollar Round Table Award, which was followed by 4 consecutive years as a “Multi-Million dollar Producer, providing Dan with the coveted President’s Round Table Lifetime Membership in 1996. In addition, Dan co-developed one of Arizona’s first real estate satellite offices for Realty Executives and was part of that company’s top 10% of sales agents both nationally and internationally for many years. In 1997, Dan was listed in the Wall Street Journal as one of the countries top agents.
